The Next Move Session

The decision you keep carrying into every room.

A single, focused conversation for leaders working through a choice that matters. The kind you can't fully talk through with the people around you, and can't quite put down.

Why it lingers

A hard decision doesn't wait politely for a free afternoon.

It runs in the background. You weigh it in fragments, between meetings, on the drive home, at 2am when the house is finally quiet. Each pass feels like progress, then ends up more or less where it started.

The problem is rarely missing information. It's that the decision has become tangled with everything attached to it: the people affected, the story you'd have to tell, the version of you that made the last call. Held alone, long enough, it stops being a question you can answer and becomes weight you carry.

Most people at the top aren't short of advice. They're short of one honest hour.

Sound familiar

Five ways a decision tells you it's stuck.

01

You've talked it through with everyone. You're still no closer.

02

The obvious answer feels wrong, and you can't say why.

03

You keep replaying the same conversation in your head.

04

Everyone you'd ask has a stake in the outcome.

05

You've made harder calls than this. This one won't settle.

Inside the session

One 90-minute Next Move Session, built to move you forward, not in circles.

01

We put it on the table

You lay out the decision in full, the parts you've said out loud, and the parts you haven't. No managing the room. No performance.

02

We find what you're actually deciding

Most stuck decisions are two or three decisions wearing one coat. We separate them and find the real one: the constraint everything else hangs on.

03

You leave with the next move

Not a five-year plan. The specific, concrete step that's yours to take next, and a clear reason it's the right one. You leave with Your Next Move Summary in writing.

What's included

  • A short pre-session questionnaire
  • A confidential 90-minute Next Move Session
  • Your Next Move Summary
  • A 15-minute follow-up conversation four weeks later

Why people come to me

Why people bring me the decisions that matter most.

Anastasija Lynch

I'm Anastasija Lynch, an ICF Accredited Executive Coach. I've spent years working alongside senior leaders in technology and pharmaceutical organisations, helping them think through complex, high-stakes decisions.

I'm not here to motivate you; you don't need it. I'm here to think alongside you, ask the questions the situation actually calls for, and hold the line while you work out your own answer.

I also host the Beyond the Noise podcast, where I explore how leaders make good decisions under pressure. I keep this practice deliberately small, a handful of people at a time, each with a decision worth the full attention.

From a client

Anastasija gave me the space to think through my situation properly. Her empathy, listening and thoughtful questions helped me find the answers I already had. I left with a clear way forward.

Is this for you

This tends to land for a certain kind of person.

You don't need motivation. You need somewhere to think properly.

You've been carrying this decision for too long.

You're ready to stop replaying the same conversation in your head.

You want independent thinking, not advice.

You're carrying more than one important decision.

And probably not for you if you're after ongoing coaching, a cheerleader, or someone to make the decision for you. That's a fine thing to want, it just isn't this.

Questions

The obvious questions, answered plainly.

That's common, and it's fine. Part of the work is naming it. Come with the situation that's occupying you, and we'll find the actual decision sitting inside it.
Most people do. Part of our work together is identifying which decision matters most right now. Once that becomes clear, everything else usually becomes much easier to navigate.
This isn't traditional ongoing coaching. The Next Move Session is designed as a focused one-off conversation around a specific decision, and for many people that's all they need. If you already know you're looking for longer-term support, or we discover during our work together that ongoing coaching would be valuable, I'd be happy to discuss that with you. You know your world best, and I won't make the decision for you. I'll challenge your thinking, and help you reach a decision you genuinely believe in.
You complete a short questionnaire beforehand. We then work together during a focused 90-minute Next Move Session. Afterwards you receive Your Next Move Summary. Four weeks later we meet again for a 15-minute follow-up to review progress, discuss what's changed, and decide whether any further support would be valuable.
USD $225. This includes a short pre-session questionnaire, a confidential 90-minute Next Move Session, Your Next Move Summary, and a 15-minute follow-up conversation four weeks later. To book, email hello@anastasijalynch.com.

Some decisions deserve more than another week in your head.

If you've been carrying one, this is the room for it.
